O Group acquires Hartlief

The Olthaver and List group has acquired over 60% shares of Hartlief as part of its expansion plans and in line with the company’s 2025 strategic objectives. The Namibian Competition Commission has approved the purchase of a controlling shareholding of the Hartlief Corporation Limited Group by the O Group.
