The Northern Namibia Farmers Seed Growers Cooperative is ready to supply certified seeds to subsistence farmers, to ensure a good harvest. The co-operative was established in 1997 by 50 members, to address the shortage of high quality seeds in the northern communal areas of Namibia, in order to alleviate food shortages and improve community livelihoods.
