Kavango West Governor discourages traditional authorities from dishing out land to individuals

Sirkka Ausiku, the Kavango West Governor, urged traditional authorities to desist from dishing out communal land to individual farmers without consulting residents of the area. Ausika noted with concern that several land disputes are on going after individuals fenced off large tracts of land denying communities access to grazing.
