A National Strategic Framework for Integrated Early Childhood Development (IECD) was launched in Windhoek. The framework aims to provide action plans to government and its national partners involved in the provision of early childhood development services.
The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) has again reiterated its stance on the purchasing of a N$45 million farm by the Namibian Defence Force.
