Health Ministry targets 20 000 men for circumcision in 2017

The Ministry of Health and Social Services intends to circumcise 20 000 men this year, in addition to about 16 341 circumcised since May, 2014. The Ministry has launched its annual Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) affectionately known as the ‘Smart Cut’ campaign, which starts next week, Monday to reach this target.
