Cuba remains self-sufficient amidst an economic embargo by United States, which could have been crippling. In an interview with NBC News in Havana, Cuba, Namibian Ambassador to that country said Cuba was doing all it can to stay afloat by exploring its own strengths.

Namibia will host the 5th Ministerial Conference of the Benguela Current Commission at the coastal town of Swakopmund towards the end of this week.
