Creating a conducive environment for children with disabilities to thrive in the school environment was one of the many resolutions passed during the fifth session of the Children’s Parliament. Described as a resounding success, the session brought together 98 young people from all the country’s14 regions, to deliberate on challenges facing children in Namibia. The United Nation’s Special Advisor on Disability, Edward Ndopu also joined the sessions.
