The Construction Industries Federation (CIF) of Namibia is against awarding construction tenders to foreign companies, saying the practice is destroying the local industry. The president of CIF Nico Badenhorst spoke to NBC News in an interview, on the sidelines of a construction conference taking place in the capital.
