The City of Windhoek is calling for public cooperation with its data collectors, who are conducting the city’s 2019 Community Risk Assessment. The call follows circulation of a clip via social media, cautioning the public against cooperating with two such data collectors, and alleging they were not legitimate representatives of the project.
