The Minister of Information and Communications Technology, Tjekero Tweya says although much has been done since the country’s independence to decentralise government services to the rural communities of the country, network distribution still remains a challenge. Some areas of the Zambezi Region still remain without communication networks such as MTC as well as radio and television reception and remain in the dark when it comes to information dissemination.
