The upgrade of the Hosea Katuko International Airport road to a dual carriageway is continuing and is scheduled for completion in October 2019. Residents living in close proximity to the road have complained over the inconvenience the construction work is causing. Chief executive officer of Roads Authority, Conrad Lutombi, spoke to NBC News.
