The Tsumeb Annual Copper festival is contributing to local economic growth, providing platforms for businesses to showcase their products and services as well as promote the town as a tourist destination. Speaking at the opening of the festival, Tsumeb Mayor Matheus Hangula said copper being one of the valuable natural resources, has contributed a lot to the economic growth and help create much needed job opportunities in the agriculture and manufacturing sectors.
