COVID-19 cases are expected to increase drastically in Africa in the next three to four weeks. Director of the African Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr John Nkengasong says there is a need for stakeholders to draw up strategies on how to contain the spread of the pandemic. He made the remarks during a digital media conference on COVID-19 in Africa and the US response to the pandemic.
