The City of Windhoek is in the process of nullifying the sales agreement between local businessman Desmond Howard and 78-year-old Joel Araeb. This was revealed by the City of Windhoek’s chief executive officer’s Robert Kahimise at a media conference briefing on the continuous trends of vulnerable people whose property are being sold through dubious means.
