Police at Outjo opened a case of culpable homicide following an accident that cost the lives of six people on the road between Outjo and Kamandjab on Friday. The accident happened at around 16h00, about 80km outside Outjo, when a 49-year old driver of a Nissan station wagon lost control of the vehicle, following an apparent rear left tyre burst.
