The decline in investments is threatening Namibia’s National Biodiversity Strategic Plan. This was said by Deputy-Minister of Environment and Tourism Bernadette Jaggar during the final stakeholder dialogue on the Resource Mobilization for Biodiversity Conservation Project, ResMob in Windhoek.
