Developing countries have been called upon to strengthen their climate adaptation plans to build climate resilient economic. Giving an update on the just ended 22nd Climate Change Conference-COP 22 in the National Assembly, Environment and Tourism Minister Pohamba Shifeta says developing countries should prioritise some sectors to ensure food security.
