The Directorate of Veteran’s Affairs in the Office of the Vice President plans to erect about 232 tombstones at various burial sites of veterans across the country. At least five companies namely; Medusalem Gravestones, Quality Memorial, Ndilimani Stone Carving and Funeral Services, Northern Quality Tombstones, and Ongete Trading have been awarded the contract, which costs N$3,7 million.
