A doctor who allegedly decapitated a baby during birth at the Windhoek Central Hospital last week has been suspended with immediate effect. The Executive Director in the Ministry of Health and Social Services, Ben Nangombe says the doctor was suspended after a committee of professionals investigated the incident.
