The DTA wants government to provide transport subsidies to students studying at tertiary institutions. In a motion tabled by its President McHenry Venaani in the National Assembly, the party said the subsidy would ensure students are able to attend their classes and address the challenge of dropping out of tertiary institutions due to a lack of transport.
