The Ministry of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare on Tuesday urged the administrators of all early childhood development (ECD) centres countrywide to urgently submit their subsidy proposals to the Ministry of Finance for inclusion in the wage bill subsidy scheme.
