The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) is adamant the electronic voting machines (EVMs) will be used in the upcoming elections, amid threats by some contestants to challenge this in court. ECN’ s Chief Electoral and Referanda Officer Theo Mujoro told NBC News that, Namibians living abroad will cast their ballots tomorrow at Namibian foreign missions globally.
