The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has reiterated its readiness to ensure that the National and Presidential elections are successful. Addressing the media and election observers, ECN Chairperson Advocate Notemba Tjipuea says the elections will be held under the theme ‘Promoting Inclusive Participation’ which reflects the preparedness of the commission in carrying out its mandate.
