Namibia’s higher education institutions are encouraged to create inclusive environments to accommodate persons with disabilities. The call was made by the Deputy Minister of Disability Affairs, Alexia Manombe-Ncube at the Stakeholder Engagement Workshop on a proposed UNAM Centre for Disability Services (UCDS), in Windhoek on Tuesday.
