The Environment and Tourism Ministry says it is aware of the hippos that are trapped in drying rivers in the Sibbinda Constituency of the Zambezi Region. Its Director for Regional Services and Parks Management, Colgar Sikopo says, the ministry is doing everything it can to ensure the survival of the animals.
