Former Fisheries Minister Bernhard Esau and his co-accused, have accused the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and the Prosecutor General of acting in bad faith by pursuing their prosecution. They made the scathing remarks in an affidavit filed with the Windhoek High Court. They also accused law enforcement of kidnapping them. They will appear in front of High Court Judge Kobus Miller on Thursday.
