The European Union (EU) and the Legal Assistance Centre (LAC) signed a project agreement worth N$4,2 million, to provide support to victims of gender-based violence (GBV), mainly women and children. The project is titled ‘Love with Respect and Discipline with Care: Outreach on Gender-Based Violence, Alternatives to Corporal Punishment and the Child Care and Protection Act’.
