The acting Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Dr Albert Kawana told fishing rights holders to use their allocated quotas to not only enrich themselves but to change the lives of Namibians as part of their social responsibility. Failure to do so, Kawana says, could result in their quota’s being revoked and allocated to others.
