Acting High Court Judge Kobus Miller has dismissed, with cost, in the urgent application by the #Fishrot corruption suspects, for their immediate release from police custody. Miller emphasised that the number of delays in the application shows a lack of urgency. He also agreed with the respondents’ legal counsel that the alleged urgency referred to by the applicants, was self-created and it did not establish a case for urgency.
