South Africans are counting the costs following flash floods this week in Johannesburg. Hundreds of residents of Alexandra township have lost their homes. A nearby river burst its banks this week, sweeping away cars, bridges, buildings and other infrastructure. At least six people have reportedly died and a child is Missing.
