Four unemployed women, who are part of Katutura East Council Development Committee, voluntarily started a clean-up campaign in their location along the Mikka Shimbuli Street in Windhoek. Residents of the Katutura East Constituency in the Khomas Region have decided to jointly maintain general health and hygiene, in order to prevent contagious diseases. Members of the Katutura East Council Development Committee (CDC) consider sanitation a serious concern as they try to keep their neighbourhoods clean.
