President Hage Geingob said that no African child should miss school due to poverty or any form of discrimination. Dr Geingob said this when he addressed the Extra-Ordinary Summit of the Committee of Ten Heads of State and Government, championing education, science and technology, currently underway in Lilongwe, Malawi.
