Gender Equality and Child Welfare Minister Doreen Sioka has urged men to respect the rights of women and children, as this lack of respect is considered key to ongoing incidences of gender-based violence (GBV). Sioka was speaking during the handover of materials and equipment to income-generating projects at Eenhana in the Ohangwena Region.
