Namibia’s Ambassador to Germany, Andreas Guibeb is hard at work following up on investment commitments made by international businesses, during the Namibian Economic Summit, held in August last year. Last week he received two firm pledges for the production of a solar panel plant with an attached solar plant at Keetmanshoop, and a desalination plant at the South Atlantic ocean, along the Namibian coast.
