Government says it does not intend to divert from the resolutions of the Second National Land Conference. However, State-owned land will no longer be left idle but used for industrial purposes The High-Level Panel on the Namibian Economy thus recommended to government to leverage the land and raise money for capital projects. The recommendations are in line with the envisaged policy on public asset management.
