Government will provide basic teaching and learning materials to Namibian students at the Loudima Institute of Technical and Vocational Training, in Congo Brazzaville, following protests earlier in 2016, over the living conditions at that institution which are not conducive. Speaking at a media briefing, Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Stanley Simataa said goverment had engaged its Congolese counterpart, to resolve the water and electricity issues, which were the main problem at that institution.
