The government says no funding agreement has been entered into with China yet. This follows media reports that the Government plans to borrow N$10 billion from China in the next five year to fund projects. President Hage Geingob and his Cabinet briefed the media on state-visit to Indonesia and participation in the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Beijing.
