The Ministry of Urban and Rural Development (MURD) intends to take legal action against Ferusa Capital, a company belonging to Tobias and Nelson Akwenye, for failing to complete a mass housing project at Swakopmund, worth N$173 million. The ministry issued a statement following a video making rounds on social media platforms revealing dormant and unoccupied houses built under the ambitious mass housing project at the coastal town.
