Northern businessman Erastus Shapumba says Government needs to reconsider its COVID-19 regulations prohibiting small and medium businesses from operating. He singled out businesses such as vegetable traders, saying despite these commodities falling under essential goods, they are not able to operate while bigger supermarkets get an upper hand at their expense.
