The Deputy Minister of Gender Equality and Child Welfare has called on guardians of orphans and parents of vulnerable children to report cases of abuse of grants given to these children. Lucia Witbooi was addressing people who were registering their children for the vulnerable children grant at the Samora Machel constituency office in Katutura on Thursday.
