The Namibia Nature Foundation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources and European Union (EU), launched Guidelines for Setting up Fisheries Reserves, in a bid to manage inland fish resources effectively for the benefit of local communities. The guidelines will play a critical role in ensuring that communities manage these resources themselves to improve their livelihoods.
