A 26-year-old man, Unaaro Mbemukenga, who confessed to killing Manfred Karl Hartmann at Swakopmund remains in police custody. Mbemukenga made his second appearance in the Swakopmund Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 13 November 2017 but his case was postponed to the 5 February 2018 for further police investigation.
