Blocked drains have become a headache for some residents of Windhoek’s Havana Informal Settlement. For some time now, residents of Karas Street in particular, have been subjected not only to an unbearable stench coming from two blocked drains but to make matters worse, this dirty water sometimes flows into their homes.
