Health and Social Services Minister Dr Kalumbi Shangula says his ministry is still battling with the Hepatitis E outbreak, which is persisting in most parts of the country. Dr Shangula raised the concern at the commissioning of fluoroscopy machine at Oshakati Intermediate Hospital in Oshana Region.
