The Ministry of Health and Social Services is once again encouraging men to get circumcised in reducing the chances of contracting HIV. The call was made at the HIV AIDS wellness campaign hosted by the Namibia University of Science and Technology. The campaign is aimed at raising awareness about the epidemic among the youth.
