Most facilities of the Ministry of Health and Social Services have aged to the extent that they need to be demolished or receive a total makeover. The Ministry’s Executive Director Ben Nangombe says it is no longer possible just to renovate them. Nangombe said this while addressing the general staff of the ministry in the capital.
