The Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration has conducted a special national documents registration for Children of the Liberation Struggle. The Namibian Citizenship is granted in terms of Article 4 of the Namibian Constitution. Persons who should be Namibian citizens by descent are those who are born outside Namibia by fathers or mothers who are Namibians by birth.
