The Homeless in the Khomas Region are accommodated at the Khomasdal Stadium and Teachers Resource Centre in Katutura. Katutura Central Constituency councillor Ambrosius Kandjii says the regional council is expecting to accommodate about 900 people at the two sites. A third site was also identified, however, due to a shortage of tents the Paaltjes Municipal site could not be used at this stage.
