A renowned educator and business coach has urged business leaders to be principled and provide good leadership in order for their businesses to succeed. Dr Hoze Riruako shared the motivation as he provided leadership training to a multitude of entrepreneurs at a workshop in Windhoek, over the weekend. He said consistent leaders, with best qualities, are inclined to lead their organisations through change and earn business success. Riruako said leaders should be creative and find room for expansion for their businesses in the markets they operate in, instead of duplicating existing ideas, which saturates the market. He said the best business ideals require leaders to have strong conviction and can inspire entrepreneurial instincts and move organisations towards success. Riruako said most organisation fail after putting wrong leaders in charge, stressing that shareholders should be vigilant when choosing leaders for their organisations. Also speaking at the occasion, City of Windhoek Councillor Ignasius Semba urge Namibians to adopt a culture of being job-givers instead of looking for employment. The Kahengava Foundation organised the workshop.
