The incoming Chairperson of SADC Council of Ministers, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah wants to see the regional body creates its own pool of knowledge to effectively participate in the global industrial value chain. Nandi-Ndaitwah, says member states should provide quality education as well as skills training to the youth to motivate them to be innovative entrepreneurs for regional industrialisation.
